Please note that the final guaranteed
number of people must be determined at least 10 days before
your wedding and in no event will this amount be less than
the minimum guarantee stated on the contract. Final guarantee
is not subject to reduction.
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required
to confirm your wedding date. Final payment is due in the
form of check, cash, Mastercard, Visa or American Express
10 days prior to the wedding.
All food and beverage requirements must
be provided by Boston Harbor Cruises and our preferred caterers.
The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is strictly regulated
by Massachusetts Alcohol and Beverage Commission. Kindly note
that Massachusetts general law requires that all alcoholic
beverage service must cease 1/2 hour prior to conclusion of
cruise. One bartender per 100 guests is required. Additional
bartenders will be charged at $75 each.
Each additional overtime hour after four
hours is charged at the rate of $500 per hour plus labor.
Private ceremony space is available with
an additional $300 set up fee. We can also be of assistance
in arranging your ceremony, and provide recommendations for
entertainment, florist, photographer and transportation.
